Fruit Payasam – no fire/cooking recipe

This video brings to you the recipe of a healthy Mixed Fruit Payasam, which is a no fire/ no cooking recipe ! It is very easy and quick recipe for those of you who wish to make a variety and healthy Payasam / Kheer recipe during festive seasons.

Equipment

  • 1 Fruit bowl large
  • Basic Kitchen utensils

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana plantain
  • 1/3rd Papaya ripe
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Black raisins
  • 3 tbsp Almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp Black sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut and get ready with all the fresh fruits and make small pieces so that they are easy to mash.
  • Mash the cut fruits to make the fruit base.
  • Add the jaggery powder to the fruit base and give a good mix.
  • Then keep to rest the fruit base for 10 – 15 mins.
  • Once the fruit base is ready, drop in all the other ingredients one by one and mix in.
  • Can be served directly or even chilled.
