Fruit Custard is basically an Indian dessert made with custard powder and plenty of fruits of your choice mixed in the custard mix. Whats the speciality of our recipe of Fruit custard is that this recipe is made completely from scratch and anyone can make it perfectly with just basic ingrdients and some fresh fruits. No readymade custard powder or any artificial colours are used and so its a healthy dessert for all to enjoy.
Summers are always meant to be cherished with lots and lots of fresh fruits and may be a healthy Fruit Custard as well !
Any seasonal fruits can be used and sweet fruits are the best of choice. I often tend to use bananas, apples, grapes, kiwi, papaya, dragon fruit, mangoes… Though many a times citrus fruits like oranges, mandarine, lemon etc are better to be skipped as milk and milk products are used in the Custard mix and so can sometimes tend to cause abdominal irritation or discomfort in some people.
