This recipe of Mango Sago Pudding is one which i like to rely on for a qucik dessert recipe when Mangoes are in season. It can be made with 3 basic ingredients and served as a refreshing drink or a well delicious dessert.

Equipment
- 1 Sauce Pan
- 1 Mixing bowl medium to large
- Basic Kitchen utensils
Ingredients
Preparation
- 1 Mango
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
Cooking
- 1/2 cup Sago pearls / Tapioca pearls
- 3 cups Water
Toppings
- 2 tbsp Nuts of choice chopped
Instructions
Cooking
- Heat a pan, add water and bring to boil, add Sago pearls and cook till soft.
- Once cooked well, off flame & add cold water and mix in.
- Then drain the contents and remove water and transfer cooked Sago to a bowl and keep to cool.
Preparation
- Clean and cut Mango to random pieces and also reserve some as chunks.
- Keep the chunks aside and proceed with the other Mango pieces.
- Into a blender jar, add the big pieces of cut Mango, add the other ingredients and blend them smooth.
- Mango mix is ready, keep aside.
Mixing for serving
- In a bowl, add the cooked Sago and then the Mango chunks.
- Then pour in the Mango mix and random mix in all.
- Mango Sago Pudding is ready.
- Good to serve chilled and top with any chopped nuts of your choice.
