There are times when craving gets our way but we are lazy to spend longtime in kitchen or even not in a mood to order food. Yes in times like this, my favorite recipe is to make a Bread Pizza, its really fast to set and delicious too.

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 2 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Baking tray
  • Basic Kitchen equipments

Ingredients
  

  • 3 -4 slices Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 3 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp White onion
  • 2 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp Olives

Sauce

  • Tomato ketchup
  • Red chillic sauce
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions
 

Sauce

  • Into a bowl, combine all the ingedients together and keep aside.

Veg Toppings

  • Cut and prep all the veggies of your choice and keep aside.

Bread Mix

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes evenly and take to a mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk in egg and milk and add pepper and salt and mix in.
  • Now pour this mix into the bowl of bread cubes and gently fold in.

Assemble Pizza

  • Take a baking tray and line with parchment papaer or simple grease with butter.
  • Set in the bread mix and gently pat and layer them.
  • Spread the Sauce well.
  • Layer with the Cheddar cheese slices.
  • Top with the cut veggies, sweet corn and olives.
  • Top with grated Mozzarella Cheese generously.
  • Finallt garnish with Oregano and Chilli flakes and ready to bake.
  • Bake at 200 C for 10 mins.
  • Then serve hot and enjoy !
