  • 1 Juicer


  • 1/2 cup Mango fresh & ripe
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk chilled
  • 2 scoops Ice cream vanilla


  • Peel and cut the Mango to pieces.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender jar.
  • Blend them all till smoothly done.
  • Serve with a scoop of Ice cream and some fruits or nuts.
