Baked Penne Pasta ! Cheesy Veg Pasta

Baked Penne Pasta

Here, today our recipe is the quickest and delicious one made with Penne Pasta and lots of veggies and cheese.

  • 1 Sauce Pan
  • 1 Baking tray
  • 1 Convention Oven
  • Basic Kitchen utensils


For Cooking Pasta

  • 1 Cup Penne Pasta
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs

For Baking Pasta

  • 4 Tsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese Spread
  • 1/2 Cup Mozaraella Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 Cup Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 Cup White Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot


For Cooking Pasta

  • Boil water in a sauce pan and add in the Penne pasta for cooking.
  • Add salt, olive oil and mixed herbs and continue cooking till al dente.
  • Then add 1/2 cup water to the boiling pasta and off the flame.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and keep aside.

Preparation for baking

  • Line a baking tray with foil paper of grease it.
  • Clean and cut all the veggies to desired size and shapes.

For Baking Pasta

  • Into the baking tray, layer the cooked Penne pasta.
  • Then spread with Tomato paste, Tomato sauce, Cheddar cheese spread.
  • Layer with Mozaraella cheese, Chilli flakes and some Mixed herbs.
  • Then add half portion of the prepared veggies and then just make a second set of layer with in the same way.
  • Laslty, top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese and the veggies.
  • Bake at 180 C for 5 mins.
  • After baking, serve hot and enjoy !
