Fish is a good source of protien and so a must to include item for a healthy diet. Fish is a valuable source of Omega fatty acids.
For this recipe i have opted the King Fish steak, though any kind of Fish can be used and will surely yield the same taste and flavour. The ingredients are very basic and the process is also quick and simple.
