  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Marination bowl
  • 1 Cook Top



  • 2 fillet Salmon fish
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • as reqd Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 portion Fresh Lime
  • 2 cubes Butter 15 gms



  • Clean and cut the Fish to fillet of desired size.


  • Into a bowl add all the ingredients for making the marinade.
  • Marinate the fish fillet generously using a spatula.
  • Keep to rest for 10 – 15 mins.


  • Heat a frying pan at medium.
  • Add butter or oil for cooking, and as its ready – transfer the marinated fish fillet to the pan.
  • Cook on one side for 3 -4 mins, depends on the size and type of fish taken.
  • Flip to other side and cook for 3-4 mins as well.
  • Once done, off the flame.
  • Serve and Enjoy !
