- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Marination bowl
- 1 Cook Top
- 2 fillet Salmon fish
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Ginger crushed
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- as reqd Salt
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1/2 portion Fresh Lime
- 2 cubes Butter 15 gms
- Clean and cut the Fish to fillet of desired size.
- Into a bowl add all the ingredients for making the marinade.
- Marinate the fish fillet generously using a spatula.
- Keep to rest for 10 – 15 mins.
- Heat a frying pan at medium.
- Add butter or oil for cooking, and as its ready – transfer the marinated fish fillet to the pan.
- Cook on one side for 3 -4 mins, depends on the size and type of fish taken.
- Flip to other side and cook for 3-4 mins as well.
- Once done, off the flame.
