One such recipe I love to make anytime when vegan option is sought is this Sauteed Mushroom. This recipe can be served as a side for quick lunch, dinner or tiffin boxes.
Equipment
- 1 Cooking Pan
- Basic Kitchen utensils
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
- 300 gms Mushroom fresh
- as per reqd Pink salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 Tsp Butter
Instructions
- Clean and prep the veggies.
- Heat a pan at medium and add Olive oil & Garlic & Saute.
- Add Mushrooms and cook for 2 – 3 mins.
- Add salt, pepper & butter and continue cooking for 2 – 3 mins.
- Add spices and saute along with Cherry tomatoes for 1 min.
- Sauteed Mushroom are ready to serve.
