One such recipe I love to make anytime when vegan option is sought is this Sauteed Mushroom. This recipe can be served as a side for quick lunch, dinner or tiffin boxes.

Equipment

  • 1 Cooking Pan
  • Basic Kitchen utensils

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic minced
  • 300 gms Mushroom fresh
  • as per reqd Pink salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 Tsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Clean and prep the veggies.
  • Heat a pan at medium and add Olive oil & Garlic & Saute.
  • Add Mushrooms and cook for 2 – 3 mins.
  • Add salt, pepper & butter and continue cooking for 2 – 3 mins.
  • Add spices and saute along with Cherry tomatoes for 1 min.
  • Sauteed Mushroom are ready to serve.
