Paneer or the Indian cottage cheese is a type of cheese made from animal milk sources. It’s a very good source of protein, calcium, magnesium and has all the goodness of milk. But since it goes through few processes during the making of Paneer, so lactose is mostly eliminated and hence well suited for those with lactose intolerance as well.
Paneer is well popular these days as a vegan source of protein for vegetarians and those on vegan diet patterns. And here in this recipe I have incorporated this Indian Cheese / Paneer with a creamy garlic sauce and yes, its really a worth to try side dish to relish with breads, chapati, roti, dosa and even as noodles or spaghetti sauce.
