This Herbal tea is made with just 2 ingredients and its very effective for a number of health issues. Apart from helping to reduce excess body weight, the ingredients used are believed to bring about immediate relaxation incase of gas trouble, bloating and digestive issues. 

Saffron is a spice derived from the flower of Crocus sativus, commonly known as the saffron crocus. It is highly valued for its distinct flavor, vibrant color, and potential health benefits.

  • Sauce Pan
  • Stove


  • 5 – 6 nos Saffron strands good quality
  • 1 inch Ginger fresh or dry ginger powder
  • 11/2 cups Water



  • Soak the Saffron strands in 2 tbsp. of water for 5 – 10 mins
  • Coarsely grind the Ginger piece.


  • Heat water in a sauce pan and bring to boil.
  • Add the crushed Ginger and boil for 5 mins.
  • Add Saffron infused water and continue boiling.
  • Boil till the tea reduces to 1 cup.
  • Serve hot.
