Weight loss programs are widely searched by many and one such recipe which I loved to have as a quick hydrating and energy giving drink is this recipe made with just 2 ingredients.
Adding this drink during any time of the day along with any meal is greatly helpful to hydrate the body as well as to aid in weight loss, mainly because the ingredients used are low in calories, high in fibers and hence keeps you full for a longer time and prevents overeating.

In this video I have shared a wonderful drink which is a very hydrating drink. This in fact is also helpful to aid in weight loss if had during the weight loss plan or dieting programs.

- 1 Juicer
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Strawberries fresh
- 1 cup Sweet melon
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients required.
- Chop them roughly and add to a blender jar.
- Blend them smooth and the drink is ready to serve.
- Serve fresh and enjoy, do not use leftovers or store in refrigerator.
