Garlic Rice Recipe – Chilli Garlic Rice | Garlic Fried Rice Recipe
- 1 Pressure cooker optional
- 1 Garlic mincer
- 1 Cooking Pan
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup Garlic
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 medium size Carrot
- 1/2 portion Capsicum
- 1-2 nos Green chilly
- 1-2 stems Spring onions
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Make minced Garlic and keep aside.
- Chop the veggies and keep ready to cook.
- Steam cook any less starchy rice and keep ready.
- Heat a pan at medium and add Ghee.
- As the ghee gets heated, add garlic and saute till light brown.
- Add Spring onion whites and saute.
- Add Carrot and green chillies and saute them.
- Add salt and pepper powder as per taste and cook for 1 -2 mins.
- Add Capsicum and give a good mix.
- Now add cooked rice and gather all the ingredients together.
- Off the flame.
- Garnish with Spring onion greens.
- Serve hot with a salad or any side dish of your choice.
