Dragon fruit Ice cream recipe – no colour, preservatives, additives & stabilizers used!

Though we all love Ice creams with different flavours and toppings but sometimes hesitate to enjoy it because of the artificial and heavy use of agents used in them for preservation or stabilizing or flavouring. Homemade Ice creams are these days tried by most of us and of course they can be customized according to our demands & needs.

Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit which is low in calories, high in water content, less in carbs & low in GI hence making it a fruit of choice for people for a Diabetic or Weight loss diet plans.

Among many homemade Ice creams I have tried, this one stands my favorite as it can be made with minimum ingredients and made with fresh Dragon fruits. And the amazing part is – you can serve it guilt free to kids as well when they are frequent to ask.
