Creamy Butter Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
Marinade
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp White pepper powder
- Salt
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 gms Chicken boneless
For Creamy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Onion
- 3 tbsp Garlic mince
- 5 gms Butter
- 1/2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 2 tbsp White pepper powder
- 1 cup Warm water or Chicken stock
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Basil leaves
Instructions
Marinade
- Take all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Add the boneless Chicken into the bowl and mix in all together.
- Keep aside and Rest for 5 – 10 mins.
Cooking
- Heat pan and add Olive oil to it.
- Pan fry the chicken pieces on both sides for 3 – 5 mins each.
- Fry till its crispy and then keep aside.
For making Sauce
- In a pan and add Butter to it.
- As the butter melts, add minced garlic and saute fro 1 min at low.
- Then add finely diced Onion and saute as well.
- Add in mixed herbs, white pepper and salt and then saute all.
- Then add warm water or chicken stock and simmer.
- Add Cooking Cream and simmer for 1 min.
- Add grated Parmesan Cheese and mix in.
- Then add the fried Chicken and give a good mix.
- Finally add fresh Basil leaves and its done.
