Equipment

  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • Basic kitchen tools

Ingredients
  

Main ingredient

  • 2 cups Green grapes seedless

Coconut Mixture

  • 1/4 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 nos Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cup Water for grinding
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • as reqd Salt

Tempering

  • 3 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 nos Dry Red chilly
  • few Curry leaves fresh

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Clean and cut the Green grapes to small pieces.

Coconut mixture

  • Into a wet grinder add grated Coconut.
  • Add Green chilly, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and water necesary for grinding.
  • Grind them to a semi smooth mixture and keep aside.

Tempering

  • In a small pan, heat oil.
  • Add Mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
  • Then off the flame, and add Dried Red chillies and the Curry leaves.
  • Pour directly to the Salad mix.

Salad Mixing

  • Into a mixing bowl take Greek yogurt and whisk it to smooth texture.
  • Add the cut pieces of Green grapes.
  • Add coconut mixture and salt as per taste and give a good mix.
  • Pour the tempering to the salad mix.
  • Just mix in and its ready to serve.
