This recipe shows the steps for making an easy and healthy Green Grapes Salad. It involves least cooking and uses very less ingredients.

Ingredients
  

Main ingredient
  • 2 cups Green grapes seedless
Coconut Mixture
  • 1/4 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 nos Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 cup Water for grinding
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • as reqd Salt
Tempering
  • 3 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 nos Dry Red chilly
  • few Curry leaves fresh

Equipment

  • 1 Mixer Grinder
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • Basic kitchen tools

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean and cut the Green grapes to small pieces.
Coconut mixture
  1. Into a wet grinder add grated Coconut.
  2. Add Green chilly, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and water necesary for grinding.
  3. Grind them to a semi smooth mixture and keep aside.
Tempering
  1. In a small pan, heat oil.
  2. Add Mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
  3. Then off the flame, and add Dried Red chillies and the Curry leaves.
  4. Pour directly to the Salad mix.
Salad Mixing
  1. Into a mixing bowl take Greek yogurt and whisk it to smooth texture.
  2. Add the cut pieces of Green grapes.
  3. Add coconut mixture and salt as per taste and give a good mix.
  4. Pour the tempering to the salad mix.
  5. Just mix in and its ready to serve.
