Preparation
- Clean and cut the Green grapes to small pieces.
 
Coconut mixture
- Into a wet grinder add grated Coconut.
 - Add Green chilly, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and water necesary for grinding.
 - Grind them to a semi smooth mixture and keep aside.
 
Tempering
- In a small pan, heat oil.
 - Add Mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
 - Then off the flame, and add Dried Red chillies and the Curry leaves.
 - Pour directly to the Salad mix.
 
Salad Mixing
- Into a mixing bowl take Greek yogurt and whisk it to smooth texture.
 - Add the cut pieces of Green grapes.
 - Add coconut mixture and salt as per taste and give a good mix.
 - Pour the tempering to the salad mix.
 - Just mix in and its ready to serve.
