Smoothie bowl for Weight loss diet

These days everyone are very cautious of the food intake and ar mostly into various types of diet plans. Smoothie Bowls are one such portion meals which are widely accepted by those on weight loss programmes. Smoothie bowls can easily be made with fresh fruits and this recipe of mine is one such where I have simplified the use of fresh fruits.

Equipment

  • 1 Juice Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Banana medium size
  • 1/2 cup Plum
  • 1 tbspn Melon seeds
  • 2 tbspn Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbspn Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Prep the selected fruits & chop them roughly.
  • Take them to separate bowls and keep to freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Also in a bowl soak Oats and melon seeds in water and keep aside.
  • Then put each of them to a blender jar along with the other ingredients and blend them smooth.
  • Serve them to a smoothie bowl and top with fruits of your choice.
  • Healthy Smoothie Bowl id ready to serve.
