- 1/2 cup Banana medium size
- 1/2 cup Plum
- 1 tbspn Melon seeds
- 2 tbspn Rolled oats
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tbspn Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Prep the selected fruits & chop them roughly.
Take them to separate bowls and keep to freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Also in a bowl soak Oats and melon seeds in water and keep aside.
Then put each of them to a blender jar along with the other ingredients and blend them smooth.
Serve them to a smoothie bowl and top with fruits of your choice.
