This Papaya Milkshake is made with just 3 ingredients and a sweetner (optional), and hence its a great choice for ahealthy breakfast or as a refreshing drink as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 gms Papaya fresh
  • 2 cups Milk chilled
  • 1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tbsp Molasses any sweetner

Equipment

  • 1 Juicer
  • Basic kitchen utencils

Method
 

  1. Clean then peel and cut the fresh Papaya and make small pieces.
  2. Take to a blender jar.
  3. Add the other ingredients and simple blend well.
  4. Serve & Enjoy !
