Moringa Chutney | Drumstick leaf Dip/ Chutney

This recipe is a simple way to induce Moringa Leaves to your diet and without even any stress get into the track of controlling high cholesterol, manage high blood sugar levels and even get a healthy gut.

1 Mixer Grinder
Basic Kitchen utensils
- 1/2 Cup Moringa leaves fresh
- 1/2 Cup Coconut
- small piece Ginger
- 2 nos Green chillies
- few Shallots
- as reqd Salt
Tempering
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil preferred
- 1/2 tsp Mustard or cumin seeds
- few Shallots
- 2 nos Whole Red chillies
- few Curry leaves optional
Preparation
Wash & clean thoroughly the Moringa leaves
Into a grinder jar, take all the ingredients and then grind to a smooth consistency.
After grinding, take to a serving bowl & keep aside and make Tempering.
Tempering
Heat a small pan at medium.
Add Mustard or cumin seeds and bring to splutter.
Add the other tempering ingredients one by one and off the flame.
Tempering is ready, now pour it on the ground mixture of the dip.
Give a quick mix and serve with flatbreads, indian dosa or idlis and Enjoy!
