One such recipe which I would always love to cook is this Pan fried Fish recipe. This is made with just simple ingredients and very simple to cook.

1 Tawa or Frying Pan
Basic cooking utensils
Marination
- 500 gms Fish slices
- 2 tsp Ginger powder
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Methi leaves
- 1/2 tsp Ground pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Fresh Lime
For Marination
Take in all the spices for marination into a bowl.
Mix in all the spices and make a paste like consistency.
And then apply the marinade on both sides of the fish slices.
And keep to rst for 5 - 10 mins.
For Frying
Heat a pan at medium to low.
Add butter to the pan and as it melts add minced Garlic and saute.
Then fry the Fish on one side for 5 - 8 mins.
Flip to other side and again continue frying.
Fry on both sides will well done.
Serve hot and enjoy!
