Preparation
- Soak the Saffron strands in 2 tbsp. of water for 5 - 10 mins
- Coarsely grind the Ginger piece.
Cooking
- Heat water in a sauce pan and bring to boil.
- Add the crushed Ginger and boil for 5 mins.
- Add Saffron infused water and continue boiling.
- Boil till the tea reduces to 1 cup.
- Serve hot.
