This recipe is made with just 2 ingredients and it tastes absolutely amazing. When taken regularly, the ingredients used in this Tea is believed to bring about a healthy Weight loss and also protects the body from chronic diseases.

  • Sauce Pan
  • Stove


  • 5 - 6 nos Saffron strands good quality
  • 1 inch Ginger fresh or dry ginger powder
  • 11/2 cups Water



  • Soak the Saffron strands in 2 tbsp. of water for 5 - 10 mins
  • Coarsely grind the Ginger piece.


  • Heat water in a sauce pan and bring to boil.
  • Add the crushed Ginger and boil for 5 mins.
  • Add Saffron infused water and continue boiling.
  • Boil till the tea reduces to 1 cup.
  • Serve hot.
