One such recipe which I would always love to cook is this Pan fried Fish recipe. This is made with just simple ingredients and very simple to cook.

Equipment

  • 1 Tawa or Frying Pan
  • Basic cooking utensils

Ingredients
  

Marination

  • 500 gms Fish slices
  • 2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Methi leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Ground pepper
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp Fresh Lime

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Take cleaned and sliced Fish fillet.
  • And set on a tray for marination.

For Marination

  • Take in all the spices for marination into a bowl.
  • Mix in all the spices and make a paste like consistency.
  • And then apply the marinade on both sides of the fish slices.
  • And keep to rst for 5 – 10 mins.

For Frying

  • Heat a pan at medium to low.
  • Add butter to the pan and as it melts add minced Garlic and saute.
  • Then fry the Fish on one side for 5 – 8 mins.
  • Flip to other side and again continue frying.
  • Fry on both sides will well done.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
